The Bywater

A NOLA inspired restaurant, the Bywater is about as New-Orleans-style a restaurant as you could hope to find in Los Gatos, California. This modest down home cafe is 3 Michelin star Chef David Kinch’s tribute to his home town. The unassuming, folksy atmosphere sets visitors at ease.
