Campbell Mixed Use – Phase II

EHA teamed with the developer to create a new mixed use building on a very compact site, this new 13,000 SF office space over an existing one-story 10,000 SF retail building, located at the corner of 1st Street and Campbell Avenue in the heart of downtown Campbell.  It pays homage to Campbell’s agrarian roots in a modern way while fitting in with the traditional downtown vernacular. The new entry tower portion of the building is clad in brick with precast concrete accents and large aluminum window systems. Articulation of the west-facing façade includes a glass portion of the building pushing out from the main building and topped with a shed roof. The new construction over the existing Willard Hicks steak house is clad in board and batten siding and has a continuous gable clearstory cupola, similar to many agricultural structures in the area.
